people should be limited to have only a child

How do you think about this question?

Pro side say

Because there are so many people who is facing with food shortages,but also other shortages. unless we reduce the number of people, in the future, there should be big war around food,water,land.

Con side say

Because it’s natural behavior of human, no need. And it humiliate the human right.

What is worse, adversely, if we cut numbers of men, China and India would overwhelm the world ,in terms of power of numbers. In fact, beacause Japan developed by using population, only there is huge population, the country will be strong.
